Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may choose to send someone in your place. Please call or email us in advance to let us know if you are making a switch so we can accommodate this change.
Registrations cancelled 30 days prior to class may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to the class may be eligible for a credit.
Due to planning, preparation and commitments for supplies, cancellations received less than 14 days prior to class are not eligible for credit.
Cancellation Due to Low Numbers
If registration for a class is less than four (4) people, we reserve the right to cancel the class to ensure participants enjoy the very best experience possible. We will make every effort to contact guests in advance and will offer you an opportunity to re-book for another class or provide a full refund.
Transfers
We know life happens and plans sometimes need to change. If you wish to transfer to another class, we will accommodate requests wherever possible. Transfers will be considered up to 14 days prior to the class you registered for and will depend on availability in the class you wish to move to. You will not be eligible for a refund or credit once the transfer is accepted.
